After signing up, a Tan.Studio Onboarding Specialist (OS) will assist you through every step of the setup process, including configuring your Online Booking system, digitizing manual forms, and setting up Rooms and Equipment in our platform.

How long does it take to onboard my salon?

The onboarding process takes approximately 14 to 30 days, though this duration may vary depending on your salon size and the number of manual forms that need to be digitized and the payment and recurring subscriptions options your salon requires.

Is there a limit to the number of bookings per month?

No, your salon can accept an unlimited number of bookings each month. We don’t limit your customer interactions!

How many SMS marketing messages can I send?

The number of SMS messages you can send depends on your chosen package. Each package includes a set number of SMS credits, with the option to purchase additional credits as needed.

What do I need to run the digital signage in my salon?

To utilize Digital Signage, you'll need to purchase a signage device from Tan.Studio, which can connect to any TV via HDMI. The signage can display rotating promotions in either Landscape or Portrait orientation and be managed within the Tan.Studio system.
